Stars on the cut­ting edge of technology

We plan to pilot a cou­ple of promis­ing tech­nolo­gies this sea­son that will allow par­ents, fam­ily and friends to fol­low games in progress. Cur­rently, we can post Twit­ter updates for each team and we may use this tech­nol­ogy to give inning-by-inning updates. Another pilot idea involves using smart phones to send video and audio in real time to a free Inter­net stream­ing ser­vice. It’s pretty excit­ing, actu­ally, so stay tuned as we exper­i­ment with new ways to bring the Stars to their fans.
